I bought and made this formula. 70+ ingredients, it’s an impressive list. The big takeaway here is it’s 25% Patchouli/ Patchulol and you definitely smell it in the trial. It’s too much and dominates from the top to the base. Not that that’s a bad thing, it makes for a decent Patchouli based fragrance and Hacivat is that. But comparing to the original, the Patchouli completely overpowers and it’s hard to get past it. The original is sweeter and more complex, especially in the dry down. This is not a bad formula and it is close to Hacivat, but you need to play with the Patchouli ratios a bit.
I’ve often heard Hacivat linked to being a clone of Creed Aventus. I have both formulas from Labtorium and they are not similar. Though I think the Hacivat formula is closer to the original, than the Aventus formula on this site.
