John Applebloom –
I don’t remember when I had tried the original first but today, as I am typing this, I wear this mixture. I do not wear that often – the last time was probably a year ago but not because this is not my cup of tea. In fact, it is very much something I love – a fougere, which has a certain warmth to it while at the same time it keeps an elegant distance. It is a clean barbershop and dryclean perfume that keeps exciting the nose as the day goes by. I think they would call this “office safe” even if the idea of an ‘office’ has changed since the days when this term was coined.
