John Applebloom –
I approached this carefully. This brand’s perfumes are to my nose very rough and overhyped. Two of them stand out for me – Baraonda and Narcotic Venus (the latter, being a little unbalanced to my nose). All others are to my nose a little unbalanced and trying to create strangeness in order to claim art. And after Fantomas, this is probably the next extreme expression that continues the same direction taking it another level up there. I honestly don’t know if what situation I would wear this. BUT that’s where things are interesting – this is part of the education of what it takes to make a market and a brand. And perhaps that’s exactly the point of it. And for this, you have to admire this formula – it certainly has courage and guts.
