Egoist was the original elegant masculine spicy woody perfume – sophisticated, elegant, and yet modern. This formula is good albeit it feels a bit too sweet compared to other interpretations or the original. Nevertheless, an excellent version. I have to correct my previous review and add one more star. It is not sweeter than the original – it is just perfect. I revisited it and made another mixture being a little more diligent with my measurements and without replacement – stick to the formula! You won’t regret it and won’t be disappointed! One of the most underrated and unloved Chanels and it is a BIG mystery why.
