Well done! The expected modern “blenders” are there (IES + Hedione + another modern woody chemical or two), but I was amazed to see the delicate balance between fresh tea notes (hedione and linalyl acetate), the dry woodiness, the sweet and vanillic aspect, spicy naturals, and the smoky component. This is really close to the original.

T his was a surprise – I am not familiar with the original and this formula has a few special ingredients that I am not familiar with and do not have but even without them, it is an interesting ‘coca-cola-like’ combination of spices, citrus, and sugar. Is it tea-like? Probably not but my association with tea is probably more the green tea type than the sweetened black tea with milk. This one doesn’t have the milk that much but it definitely has the marmalade jam on the side of the cookie. And this wonderful sensory view is what makes it beautiful creation.
