Lovely recreation of this classic Lutens! I was surprised by a couple of elements. For example–the amount of cyclamen aldehyde was unexpected…and I couldn’t pick it out of the original scent, but I see how clearly it harmonizes having seen this formula! Beautifully constructed combination of individual components!

This is ‘spring’ in a bottle! And this formula is an incredibly faithful construction with robustness and classicism that you find only in the old Lutens. What is very interesting is that there aren’t any unusual ingredients here and when you see that, you realize that magic can also be achieved with the conventional palette that we al have access it. This is both empowering and humbling. Beautiful formula of a beautiful perfume!
