John Applebloom –
I had bought this formula the previous time it was posted and as I wrote then, I had to keep revisiting this perfume. For me it was a new approach to a very ‘generic’ masculine accord here done very elegantly in a typical Chanel way. Keep in mind that this doesn’t make it particularly interesting creatively but I guess this is also the typical thing about Chanel – they don’t innovative on structures or forms but they do quality and elegance very well (I guess there are a couple of exceptions in some of the Exclusifs).
(I had mistakenly in the first mixing added 10x the amount of ISO-e-super which I must say I still enjoy as a mix but it makes a difference in the overall composition so stick to the numbers in the formula 😉
